Quick Release Mount

After a strap malfunction (first time this has happened in the company) I contacted customer service and they took complete care of me. My quiver went flying down the road and completely stayed together. This thing is bulletproof to say the least. Customer service sent me out a new set of straps to attach to my track rack and had me up in running in a total is 3 days. Amazing customer service and amazing products. I will never not own anything riversmith sells.
