Custom Heart Initial Necklace

I was never given a tracking number until either the day before it arrived or day of. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift . Customer service was lack luster at best. For example it maintained the attitude of “well you got your order so what’s the issue ?”. I ordered weeks in advance for a reason. I won’t be placing more orders. Hope future experiences go better for other customers.
