Dear Mibro Support Team, I would like to thank you for the way you handled my case and for sending me the replacement bracelet. I have now received it, and I am very happy with how the whole process was managed. I really appreciate your assistance and the solution you provided. That being said, I was hoping that, considering the circumstances and the fact that I have already purchased another Mibro watch from you in the past, you might be able to offer a small additional gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, I had already lost my previous Mibro GS Pro after the bracelet opened unexpectedly. This time, I was very concerned because I almost lost the watch again. If I had actually lost the watch, it would have been very difficult and disappointing, especially after having already experienced the same issue before. I am therefore very happy to have received the replacement bracelet, but I was honestly expecting perhaps a small complimentary accessory, discount, or another gesture from Mibro as a loyal customer. I am not making a complaint — I simply wanted to share my expectations with you and ask whether there might be something you could offer as a gesture of goodwill. The data regarding padel is not as accurate as shown in the experts reviews. The watch is very big for a girls wrist and no invoice was provided when explicitly asked for it.
