Very cute design and packaging that kept it safe in transit. Instructions and a lifetime warrantly were included as well as stickers :) The necklace itself feels great, but the locket seems a bit cheap. I love supporting small businesses and understand it costs more for them to produce items (I preger to support small businesses), but I guess I was expecting a slightly higher quality in the locket. It’s very hard to open and makes it feel like I’ll break a nail, but I wouldnt open it frequently so that’s not too bad. I was disappointed when I opened it to see a picture wasn’t included as described. I can print on off myself, but I would have liked to have had it included since I emailed the picture within 24 hours as the instructions said. I’m sure things happen, but I was missing pictures in all of the necklaces I ordered unfortunately. Overall, I am happy with the necklace as it is beautiful and you can tell she puts a lot of thought and care into her business <3

It's my first Valentines Day in a pair. I wanted to get her something she could use forever. The shipping was the first surprise, in many past cases where I have bought from small businesses, shipping within the USA can take MONTHS and MONTHS. The locket was delivered within a week or two. Size was perfect, not too heavy or gaudy. Colors and metal bits are true to the pictures. No hidden fees or weirdness with shipping, aside from the fact that Shopify asks you to make an account to track shipping. That is no problem for most, however, I am paranoid about scammers. USPS has their own website anyway. Great product, free gifts with packaging, realistic pricing, wow!
