Zero customer support
I have enjoyed Tarma products for many years and wear the several pieces I own daily. I have been getting these emails from Tarma for comment on my purchase. I wasn’t going to respond but after 3 emails asking for what I think, I feel that they actually might care. Not sure? Now have some wear and tear on a couple pieces that came from daily use and love. Tried for weeks to contact Tarma by phone and many messages from the customer support tab on the website. I need the keeper bead that holds the charm facing forward and stops the necklace from spinning from front to back it wasn’t listed on the website . I was incredibly disappointed and became upset that one of my favorite companies was not able or willing to return my request to be contacted. Being a small business is great but is not an excuse for poor service. It even says on the phone message that they are a small business and they will take some time to respond, not acceptable. I have operated and managed two small businesses for decades, answering the phone and responding to customers is the number one priority. With out satisfied customers especially ones that are returning to purchase more, loyalty in sales is becoming less and less common. I happened to check the website a month or more after I had given up making a purchase. I was happy to see that the keeper bead was now available to purchase. However, the cord and end bead which were packaged together previously are now separate and much more expensive than when I started to attempted to purchase. I remain satisfied with the quality, look and longevity of the products however, I am incredibly disappointed in the company’s performance and lack of service. Being a small business is commendable but never an excuse. Sounds like you need to invest in your great company and hire some folks to help your customers. I wish you success.
