Button Issue

I had ordered my husband the Argon Flannel and the second he put it on the button on his wrist snapped in half and fell off the flannel so now he isn’t wearing it anymore since he can’t button the arm sleeve. He was so excited to wear it and it’s such a cool flannel but not very happy with what happened the second he put it on, it must’ve been a button that was already on the verge of snapping because he legit didn’t pull it or cause it to fall off, bummed!
