Whiskey Barrel Aged

Smooth and well rounded

I took a chance as normally anything barrel aged just never comes out right for my taste. But I can say that this was a good one. It's not entirely subtle on the whiskey and the medium roast just brings all of that out. I got the coarse grind as I do a Chemex pour and you can really taste it.

One of the best coffee's I've ever had! Smooth, Rich and the whiskey flavor comes thru perfectly. It's a perfect way to start the day and a great coffee to go with dessert! It's Like a Coffee Hot Toddy

This is my new afternoon go to coffee. I normally drink the French and Italian roast as I like dark roast beans. This medium roast is like having a cup of coffee with a just a hint of the whisky/bourbon flavor. The taste and smell are just mild, so don't be afraid of it. I'm really liking this one!!
