I love the product, love how fast it got to me. I don’t like that if you make a mistake, or a mistake is made, there is no compromising. I’m just out of my money. There is no refunds if I accidentally order something twice and I’m not allowed to switch a product, even if the order hasn’t been prepared yet. I think for the amount of money we pay for the product, the company should be more willing to work with their customers, especially loyal customers that spend a lot of money with this company.
