Agathe - Earrings

Clasps are defective. Cannot even open clasps.

I ordered two pairs of these, one for me and one for my sister. The shipment was fairly quick. The problem is that I cannot get any of the clasps on the earrings to open. I contacted support and was told to shake them or put oil on them. Shaking them does nothing. I am not going to put oil on them because I want to return them. Since then I have contacted support an additional two times and been told I would get a response within twenty four hours. i have been getting no response to my request to return the earringsor

Was very excited to receive my order today. Ordered two pairs. Agathe Earrings: The construction/craftsmanship of the miyuki glass bead weaving is stunning, but the metal closure is awful, too tight to pull off and on without force, where one earring from one of the pairs, the latch broke off. I’ll be sadly contacting support for steps in a return for a refund for both pairs.

I love everything about this earrings but the closing system.It's very unpractical an honestly hard to close and hold the earring in at the same time. If you can change that they would be perfect.
