Good but could be great
This was easy to use and love the cap! That being said I wish they had measurement lines so it was easier to know your consumption rate. I put 4 gels in and fueled at my normal intervals and should have consumed all by the end of my LR. Unfortunately I ended with the equivalent of 1/2-3/4 of a gel left. That was my first use. Second use I over corrected and fueled too much for what my stomach is trained and adapted for. I’ll continue to try to dial it in but it’s truly by feel. If there were markers you could gauge what you’ve been consuming to make it equivalent to the single serve gels.

great flask
it fits 5 maurten gels and I don't have to worry about opening packages and disposing of garbage during a race.

Great bit of gear
Easy to fill and easy to use flask for gels. Makes much easier to fuel during a race rather than opening the gels in the middle of the run.
