data problem

Parameters settings work but all 0's in the data fields. I thought it was a plug it in and forget install. Ohhh no....Plus every time I turn on the data screen I lose my motor connection. Something is wrong somewhere and I don't think it's on my end . I got the module mostly for the data . Disappointed....
