Easy install just dropped temperature down to 5 what a game changer

Absolutely shocking service. Chiller arrived, setup (no pipe protection and no manual but used youtube to setup). Chiller could not get below 10 degrees. Contacted Myo support, they asked for video. Sent video, they said a new unit would be sent and i should responsibly dispose of original unit. 2nd chiller arrived, manual and pipe protection included, sadly the power button was completely broken so wouldnt turn on. Contact myo support, sent video. Nothing back so called, was told courier would collect and full refund to be issued once collected they advised confirmation would be sent via email. Nothing recieved, courier never arrived. Multiple emails not responded too, strangley customer service number now states due to call volume please email. So I mail them, no response. A full week passes no email, no calls returned. Their email clearly works as marketing mails are being recieved. Not a great experience at all.
