3" Large Custom Logo Stamp

Horrible Customer Service

I ordered a "Follow Us Custom Stamp" (along with a few other things) and during the order process selected blue ink as the ink color from a drop down and typed my Instagram handle into the box (that's it - this is important for later). Fast forward to a few days later I get my proof and my see "Blue Ink" at the top and assume (yes I shouldn't have but most would have too) it's noting the color of that stamp. Then, a week or two after that, I receive my stamps and it quite literally says blue ink on the top. All good, I mean this should be easily fixed. Right? So I message customer service and I will spare you every detail, but I explained everything I just said and the responses I got were accusatory and rude. I mean, they literally responded to my email with "See attached screenshot!!" What self-respecting company would address a customer's concerns that way? Mind you, the screenshot they sent me showed a view from their screen on how in the personalization details it said "Ink: blue ink" but I never wrote that in the box and the only reason that showed is that's the ink color I chose from a drop down. I thought it would be a simple here's how we can fix it (even if that meant I paid for a new stamp). But nope. Just rude and unprofessional. Attached photos are what I thought I was going to get, what I did get, and their oh-so-professional-customer-service-centered (I'm being facetious) response was.

This stamp is beautiful. I sm so excited to use it in my products.

Fun & Functional

I ordered a large stamp for labeling paper bags with my clinic logo; I use them to hold glass jars of Chinese herbal medicine, and set them up on the front desk for patients when they're coming for a pickup and I know I'll be in with another patient. My daughter and I had a lot of fun together stamping bags!
