Excellent
I have only gotten into the hamburger so far but it is excellent. Originally grew up on a ranch in northern WY so I am very pleased to get back to home grown beef!

The best
Hands down the best NY that I have ever grilled. From the way it looks, to the way it grills, to the way tastes there is no comparison to other beef companies that I have tried. It's obvious that they have their process dialed and they know what they are doing. Great ground beef also!
