Actually felt ripped of on this occasion what I ordered couldn’t be supplied which i understand can happen, but the size of the bunch of flowers substituted i wasn’t happy about i had upsized my order and payed $143.00 for flowers and freight, what the person I sent them to received in my opinion was not worth the amount paid, the flowers were sent to a inlaw for the loss of a loved one compared to what other family members had sent for less money has left me as stated feeling ripped off, I won’t be recommending or purchasing from Nz blooms again

Was abit disappointed at the size of the bunch considering it was a “supersize”. Was informed that the flowers i ordered were out of stock so was offered an alternative and a free gift. Pretty sure the free gift was plucked out of the kitchen as i recieved a pack of ginger tea
