Stealing an idea from Freezer Meals and downsizing it, I packed up ~ 3/4# of boneless, skinless chicken breasts trimed and sliced into strips into quart sized freezer bags. I then added 1/4 cup olive oil and a TBSP of your spice blend, squeezed out air and sealed. Popped them flat into an 8x8 pan (in a layer) and froze. Once frozen you can remove the pan. Easy to store and camp with and fantastic on the grill. *I recommend labeling the bag before filling it!*

I have a vacation home where I like to keep things very streamlined and simple. These spices are about all I need in my spice cabinet in order to make all kinds of delicious meals! We travel in a 16’ Airstream so our pantry space is limited. Other than salt and pepper these are the only spices we travel with. We can do anything with these blends, they are fantastic!
