Nice Design, Poor Quality Control
The design is great, but the quality control is disappointing. The zippers are rough and do not operate smoothly, and the front pocket is visibly misaligned. Once the backpack is filled, the off-center pocket becomes very obvious. This should have been caught during inspection before shipping.

MY 2nd Willa backpack - I LOVE IT!
I looked everywhere for the perfect backpack purse that wasnt leather, funky colors and went with everything! Well, I found it with the WILLA CANVAS BACKPACK! It is lightweight, but holds everything. Lots of different pockets, but easy to find everything! It's really perfect!
