My new FAVE!
Love this new Oakcha fragrance. I’m partial to sweet scents and this is lightly sweet while not being cloying. I don’t know if it mimics steamed milk per se - it reminds me more of sweetened milk. Keep churning out the hits Oakcha! I’ll keep buying them!!
