Omega Protocol

Good quality omega and the price is good but the capsule size is just over 1in long and .5in wide. I don't have an issue with swallowing pills but due to the size I don't feel comfortable swallowing these and it may be an issue for people who already have an aversion to swallowing pills already. I was able to swallow one but did not like the feeling. I wish I could return it but I already opened the bottle.

I LOVE these. There is no fishy burp, or burp at all. When I take these my skin feels great and my eyes stop itching. Very high quality.
