Receive the item on schedule, however, we identified an issue with the lobster claw. It would not stay closed. I contacted the seller who immediately issued a FedEx return label. I returned the item for repair and received the item the following week. I was kept informed of the status via e-mail. The item is beautiful and ITI is a good company to do business with.
