Apple + Cinnamon

I’m on the road most of the year for work. Having an easy to prepare and tasty start to my day is important. And to win over my tadte buds with…wait, oatmeal! Now that’s saying something. A great variation of flavors. Not too sweet either. Delicious.

The taste is terrific on the French cinnamon toast flavor. The jar holds just the right amount for me to have half for breakfast and the other half for mid afternoon snack. Just received my shipment yesterday evening in time to make my breakfast this morning. What a wonderful morning treat.

Buyer beware: contains guar gum. If you have gastrointestinal issues after eating this product, this unnecessary substance may be to blame. I’ll consider buying again only once the emulsifiers are gone. The flavors are decent for a health food product but not delicious.
