Very good!! I LOVE all the seeds—SO many different textures and the flavors are fantastic!!! BONUS is knowing how great they are for gut health!! All those probiotics!!

Buyer beware: contains guar gum. If you have gastrointestinal issues after eating this product, this unnecessary substance may be to blame. I’ll consider buying again only once the emulsifiers are gone. The flavors are decent for a health food product but not delicious.

The berry taste terrible and they keep pushing you to make a subscription over and over very sad we just wanted to try all the flavors and some how we got a subscription. Customer services sucks
