The Snack Pack (4 pack)

The product is delicious, but order and delivery did not go well. I ordered on a Sunday night (local delivery) hoping to take some to my family the following week, which should have been lots of time. I had no updates on my order for a week, finally emailed the company because I was leaving in two days, and was told it would arrive Thursday - to be left on my porch in 40C while I was away. Much to my surprise I found the order baking on my porch on Tuesday, fortunately right before I left, so was able to get it right in the freezer and saved it (I hope). Didn't get the notification until later. I understand supply issues and even shipping delays, but the communication was terrible, and knowing when to expect an order of something perishable is very important. Hopefully it was a one-time issue. I miss the days when I could just drive by the store front to pick up my order. They don't keep enough in stock at Market Fresh for me to get it there (and it's marked up too of course). 5 stars for product, 1 star for service, so 3 stars overall.

I bought this as a gift for someone and they loved it! However, I was disappointed with how long it took to ship.

Great product, took waaaay to long to ship.
