I am not super sure if this is doing anything by itself, but in conjunction with my other items, I think it is supporting.

Great taste, much better than my supposedly unflavored collagen powder by another company that I tried. Easy to drink, but it doesn’t dissolve well in water, even when stirring well it stays somewhat clumpy or on the thick side of grainy. I’ll buy it again though.
