Primo Air – Elevated, Soft Support

Game changer for back sleepers! We absolutely love our Kanuda Primo Air Pillow and it has made a huge difference in our household. My fiance is a back sleeper who struggled for years to find a pillow that worked for her. She would constantly wake up with a sore neck, which made for restless nights and rough mornings. Since switching to the Primo Air, that problem is completely gone. The pillow does a fantastic job of stabilizing her neck throughout the night, keeping her in a comfortable, supported position. She now sleeps straight through the night without any discomfort. If you or someone in your family is a back sleeper who has trouble finding the right pillow, look no further. This is the one. Primo Air - exchanged

This pillow was grat but not quite right for me, which is what my review concerns. CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The customer service folks were amazing. They considered my description of what wasn't working and why and then did an exchange for me to a different pillow recommended for my sleeping style and experience with the Primo Air. Then shipped me, free of charge, the new recommendation, the Andante. This pillow was a much better solution for me. My neck and shoulder pain have been much reduced since it arrived.

I've tried at least half a dozen pricey pillows and been disappointed. Shredded latex foam was the closest, but I would wake every night and readjust the filling. Buckwheat, memory foams, contoured and flat- all fell short. I wanted to have support for back sleeping with a bit of lateral height so that I could turn my head slightly and be supported. I also sometimes turn to my side which needs a different height. The Primo air met all these needs perfectly. I wouldn't have guessed how well this would work and I was nervous to spend the money. I wish I had found it sooner. I've purchased the travel version and would not hesitate to buy another Primo if, heaven forbid, something happened to mine.
