Beautiful icon, but not bright enough

Beautiful icon. The gilding effect is especially nice. The only criticism I would mention is that unfortunately, the icon (the painted part) looks rather dark. The paint is not bright, and the fact that the colours used for the skin, the hair and the clothes are pale and of similar tones does not help. In dim light or a slightly off angle, the Saint is barely recognisable. In good lighting though, the icon is very good looking. Overall, it is a good quality product for the price.
