First time I ever tried grobuff I was on FIRE. I was a little caught off guard by it, but the more I leaned into it, the more I enjoyed it. I’ve now been using it for 7 years. I’ve found that I genuinely don’t want to workout without it. Some don’t like the redness and the itchyness, but it actually gets my body ready to go. 5am workouts don’t feel like 5am workouts on this. I recommend this to all my friends, family, coworkers, etc. Anyone who goes to the gym. Low caffeine doesn’t make you jittery or crash, but gives you the alertness to get you going for a solid training session. A lot of times I’ve even taken this on my recovery days, just to walk or to have instead of coffee. This is a serious game changer.
