Adding these to my daily routine has given me so much feel good energy during what can be such a busy, energy draining season. I look forward to waking up and starting my day with these supplements. I already had been taking Empirica Tri-Mag at night but adding the zinc has improved my ability to fall asleep faster and stay asleep throughout the night. 5 stars

I’ve been able to be consistent with my supplements thanks to the convenience of the packs! I also feel great with this selection of supplements and this is the first fish oil I haven’t tasted after. Really impressed!
