Brisket Slabs

Extremely hard to chew. Also as i ate a piece, saw mold on the other pieces, hope i didnt eat the mold. Reached out to customer service, they asked for order number and stopped responding. Do not order. There are other nicer brands

It’s giving me an ordinarily beef jerky with the fat. Some of the flavors are great and some of it aren’t great but I would definitely say that it’s a bit hard to chew and it would be nice to cut a piece to piece instead of having to try to get out of the jerky. Few thing that I like about this jersey is definitely for sure is the fatty & good amount of protein. Overall, I have to give it around 3.7 out of five.

This is good jerky it’s got a little fat on it that makes it extra juicy it’s soft and tender but a chewer it doesn’t fall apart like some of the other jerky’s I’ve tried and the flavor is just right not overpowering but long lasting
