Difficult to get the gu/gel to dispense through the top

Like other reviews have suggested, I can't get my gel/gu to dispense through the top very easily at all. Tried to call the company to troubleshoot but they don't even have a number on their website. Hopefully the top loosens up, otherwise it's useless.
