Emerald Cup 12oz

Love this cup, but next time I would choose the larger size! I disliked the fact it was made in China, but it seems to be of very nice quality, non the less.

The cup is beautiful. To that, initially when my cup was delivered, FedEx dropped it at my door and it broke. Upon opening the package, I can’t blame FedEx entirely unless they are notified electronically that the package is fragile because Nova doesn’t have anything that suggests the package is fragile on their product. At least not on the package I received. Anyway, that was a Thursday. I contacted them immediately by email didn’t hear anything back by Monday so I shot them a DM on Instagram to which I got an automated response there but it did get things going and they sent out a new cup and I eventually got my cup. As I said earlier, the cup is beautiful. The silicon top is cool but it has this chemical smell and taste to it. So beware of that. Also, I notice that a lot of people have complained about it not keeping your bevs cold. This is NOT an insulated cup. It is not designed to keep your drink hot for extended periods of time. This is a ceramic mug that is made better than your standard coffee or tea mug but essentially, it’s still a coffee or tea mug. Not insulated and Nova ceramics explains this.

Really happy with the shape, color and size! Shipping was efficient. Bought two, one for myself and one as a gift for my MIL. Her bday isn't until Sunday. I'm sure she'll love it!
