Graph-Iced Pillow

Good pillow, but not as thick as the original version (there was not a choice previously as to firmness, which must have been a recent addition). The lesser rating though is due to the lack of customer service, as the company now is using AI instead of replying to inquiries themselves - I emailed a product question to their email address noted, and the AI response to my question was a non-answer, after which they closed out my inquiry and I thus did not get a proper response to my question.

Very comfy pillows. It does take a few days to get use to them. Very high quality pillows!

Not cooling at all. Waiting to hear back from them about a refund.
