Fluffy Petticoat

This is my first petticoat so I cannot attest to whether it is better quality than normal, but it seems durable and holds its shape. Good for the hi-lo dresses sold here on PoshePose. Goes well with the Snow White dress I bought along with this.

It helped make the dress more fluffy. The fiber is soft and not itchy.

Perfect
