Obsidian is very grounding and protective, assisting with decisions, emotions, and Spirit Guide connection. Works extremely fast. Can use for shadow work but with caution! Needs careful handling and best under the guidance of others if using for shadow work as it can bring negative emotions and unpleasant truths to the surface.
