Customer experience was great. Constant follow up on product availability, able to provide expedite my shipment and when the shipment packaging came damaged, you were contactable and able to walk me through every item in the package making sure that everything was there for my tech to install. Even after installation, your team was available to answer questions. I’ve had this installed 3 weeks ago, and have loved this side steps. What my video didn’t show is how bright the LED lights up at night. The LED strip along the side step lights up even brighter than BMW’s puddle lights. This is a great product and no where else can you find a better one. Took my car in to the dealership for my service, and they too were impressed.

Absolutely exceeded all expectations and made getting in and out a whole lot easier for shorter members of the family! Quality was superior to lots of others i've seen, would order again without hesitation .

I moved from my Tesla model 3 to the BMW X5 50e. Better for road trips, technology not as easy as Tesla, Some road noise but enjoying the car for what I have planned.
