Refreshing my approach

I’m in the process of changing jobs and will soon be leading a new team. I’ve purchased the cards from The Unstuck Box to refresh and reset my leadership approach. It’s very easy to get yourself set into fixed ways and forget about past learnings. These cards are an excellent way to remind yourself of other ways of approaching a leadership challenge and, as important, provide an easy reference for specific problems when they occur. Just flicking through the cards when they arrived already gave me ideas on how to onboard to a new team leadership role.
