These are the 2nd pair of Fuji’s I have purchased. The first pair was over 20yrs ago. They really are exceptional at all aspects of cutting, slicing, texturizing. The cut is clean and so precise. If you’re looking for something that is a cut above the rest; the Fuji GGF is it.
