This topper is so cute and pretty! I love the concept and color scheme. I also deeply appreciate the cause supported. The bottle, brush, and formula on this polish are all well designed. I was able to get out and place the hex glitters easily with dabbing and brush manipulation alone. No fishing or manual placement required. The glow in the dark pigment works well from natural daylight. Highly recommend 🩷🤍🩵
