I’ve been taking Nordic Naturals Omega-3 2X for about a month now, and I’m really happy with it. I’m 38, and I’ve noticed that my skin looks healthier and feels plumper. It’s also very easy to digest, and I don’t get any fishy taste or aftertaste, which is a big plus for me.
