O.N.E Multivitamin

Great all round multivitamin. Only one capsule needed per day, no after taste and a small size to swallow. Only half way through the pot so not been taking long enough to see full benefits yet. As usual a great service and product range from Healf too!

Always difficult to say with Multivits, as you can't expect miracles, but this does seem to have given me a little bit more energy and potentially helped with a dry scalp problem. As a veggie there's inevitably a few nutritional holes in my diet. This multivit is good with no fillers or bulking agents, and good levels and sources of the important vits without trying to pack everything possible in for the sake of it. Recommended!
