Iron-C

I'm using this product to help with my hair health and it seems to be helping, although I'm only a month and a half in. Will continue to use it. The supplements are easy to take.

I have used this Iron + C supplement for years and always found it to be ideal for those with low Ferretin stores. I moved to Northern Ireland and had a hard time finding it, but Healf is my preferred place to find my favorite supplements, especially those geared toward folks with food allergies—clean supplements. An excellent brand and supplement.

These iron tablets have really helped me get back in the green zone for iron levels. They are gentle on the digestive tract and ideal as have vitamin C too. Highly recommend.
