Iron-C

I have used this Iron + C supplement for years and always found it to be ideal for those with low Ferretin stores. I moved to Northern Ireland and had a hard time finding it, but Healf is my preferred place to find my favorite supplements, especially those geared toward folks with food allergies—clean supplements. An excellent brand and supplement.

Really good product. Very gentle on the stomach unlike traditional iron medication. Small capsules so very east to swallow.

Very clean formula with a good dose of iron and vitamin C. Iron is best taken with vitamin C to support absorption, so there’s no need to add an extra vitamin C supplement. I feel great taking it and, unlike with many iron supplements, I haven’t experienced any stomach discomfort. The format is convenient and easy to use.
