Perfect for hikers with thick open cell foam comfort and solid base for heel and arch support. My knees are thankful. Only downside is having to buy these additional to other shoes. I use them in my Katabatic and Sawtooth Ascents for happy feet.

I am using these in bike shoes. They work well with my flat feet.

They fit into the boots perfectly. Will wait for cooler weather to try them. I think I wrote a review a few weeks ago.
