Wash and Graph

Order was delivered with one product cap lose and slightly spilled. Also was missing the spray head for the Resist. When I contacted customer service they told me unless I had a picture of my items they can't help me. I wasn't asking for anotger bottle of the item that leaked however I would have like the spray head that I paid for. So I ask: wouldn't it be better to send a spray head to keep a customer instead of throwing your arms and saying you could help me. I like the products however if I have jump through a hoop to get what I paid for then I don't need to do business with this company. I felt as though my honesty was being challenged and they found a loop hole. Again over a spray head? No thank you. Oh this was only my second order.
