Frame arrived as expected and assembled easily
However it attaches to the glass so there is a gap at the edge of frame the thickness of the glass. And the frame just barely covers to glass edge so it is visible
Be better if frame overlapped glass edge

Modern Update
Mirror is well made and easy to assemble. My DIY skill at hanging frame a little off. But the Frame My mirror customer service sent me directions for removal and additional tape for sticking the mirror on again. Second try was a charm. Frame is perfectly placed and really modernized my builder grade mirror. Very happy!!
