My coworker introduced me to these patches and I was hooked, immediately. I wear on every night and my sleep has been consistent, deep, and rested. A must have for troubled sleepers imo!

I have tried so many sleep aids. Some have ingredients I'd rather not put in my body. Most don't work. This does! Honestly it may still take a little while for me to fall asleep, just sometimes.
