Undeliverable

I paid $12.49 to send my order UPS. The day it’s supposed to be delivered, tracking said it was returned to sender. Apparently due to the post office. I was unaware that UPS saver option was a post office delivery. For that much of a delivery charge, it’s crazy! So, they will not refund the shipping cost and I never got to try their product. I will never order from this company again.
