Five star quality

I started taking these supplements about a year ago. I took a break from them and tried a different supplier and they were absolutely useless in comparison - from now on I will never go anywhere else. Their products are all top quality - I've tried the Vitals as well but they got a bit expensive - however I recently contacted them and they said I can get a 10% discount if I purchase 2 products on subscription, so I'm definitely going to do that!!

I think they help me sleep

I stick with these for fear of them being more of a help than I realise, I found when I first started taking them I often found them too strong and had to take just one tablet instead, but after a short break off them to try a different cheaper magnesium I find they seem to have minimal effect on me now, even taking 2. But I crave good sleep so much I still take them out of hope it will help. They don’t make it worse !

Yep, health is good, and its good to know I am definetly getting the vitamins and minerals my body needs, i have confidence in this product, for sure 😊
