I love how good it make me feel am not over thinking, my brain feel like it’s finally getting a break. My sleep have been awesome I don’t get up feeling tired anymore. These little superpower kick butt.🫶

Kit has lived up to its promises for me. The only thing I don't like is the type of lid on the magnesium and capsule jars. First of all they are sealed really well and second they crack into pieces when tapped on the counter to loosen them. I generally have to put them in different containers as a result.
