They do the job!
Maybe these bars don’t deserve a 5/5 - they have that strangely sweet stevia taste - however they also don’t deserve a 1/5 (which I’ve seen other reviewers give them). I have one every mid morning and they take me through to the afternoon. I feel kind of great after I’ve had one, which is another plus. Maybe it’s the mushrooms (which I hate in other forms) or maybe it’s the combination of everything. So far I have tried only the peanut butter chocolate variety so I can’t speak about the other flavours.

Not for me
If eating this bar extends my life, I will gladly accept the time I'm given. Was it crafted by AI? The taste and texture suggest that it was. It has that sugar alcohol rum flavor that I thought was discarded by all manufacturers in the 2010s. The texture is crumbly as if held together by compression and prayers. I prefer vitamins, exercise, and a healthy diet to extend my life. I pity the astronauts who get talked into trying these when there's nothing else on the ship left to eat cause this company had to sell to nasa or go bankrupt.
