Juggernaut Lite

Wow!

Bike arrived in a very well padded box. There was no packing list or paper instruction manual. Everything seemed to be there and the videos are adequate. Everything that could be assembled at the factory was already well done. The fit and finish of all components are great. The instructions for the control panel could be a lot better. A little customization and smart phone security feature would be nice. I followed all the video instructions and everything worked. Great bike!

Great Customer Service

We have only just started using our new Juggernaut Lite bikes so I will rate again later this summer but so far we love them. The online order process was straight forward and any questions I had were quickly answered. During the assembly process I had a number of questions which were again quickly answered in a polite and professional manner. The links to videos were also great. Thank you all at Biktrix for making this a great purchasing experience.

Bike review

Great bike could use better protection for wires were the go into frame dirt and where can get in and end up in bottom bracket I covered it with the plastic that came wrapped on bike and zapped strapped it to keep dirt water out other than that awesome bike fast
